Meet Ricole Elaine
Movement and dance has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. I began dancing at the age of 4, continued to perform and choreograph throughout the years, including college where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. After completing my dance degree, I decided to continue my education by completing a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Science. While completing this degree, I was steeped in studying calculus, statistics, cardiovascular engineering, and classes alike. As a result, I was unable to dedicate as much time to dance as I wished. Still holding true to my passion of being a professional dancer, I became deeply involved in Hot Yoga. This enabled me to keep her body fit, flexible, healthy, and strong. Beyond the physical benefits of yoga, this practice has boosted my confidence and peace of mind.

"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self."
